Still squeaking

I have decided to take a little break from my violin practicing this evening. I’m currently working on what seems to me as some very hard music. I keep running over the song and every time, I miss one particular part. It’s very frustrating! Well, I hope that my efforts pay off and that I continue to get better at playing the violin. As for this past Thanksgiving weekend, it was great. I think that I am ready to get back to work tomorrow, since the four day weekend was pretty relaxing. I did do a lot of running around. I saw two movies, Runaway Jury and Timeline. Both of them were wonderful, although I will admit that Timeline was a much better book than a movie.

In other news, my family celebrated a wonderful Thanksgiving. It was at our house this year, which was a bit of a change, but the food was great, as always, and I enjoyed stuffing myself silly. I hope that everyone else had a great Thanksgiving and has a great week.
